Jim Bendell has practiced law for more than 40 years, trying cases in the areas of business, real estate, and estate litigation, and other matters that require work in the courtroom. Colleagues know him for his integrity. Clients know him because he answers the phone.
He earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary. He is licensed in Idaho and Washington, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Idaho and the Western District of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
He lives in Post Falls, Idaho with his wife, spending his spare time hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
