After completing his bachelor’s degree at the College of William & Mary, Mr. Bendell received his law degree from Rutgers Law School. Since then, he’s accumulated over 40 years of trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal cases. He has also served as an occasional Superior Court Commission Judge Pro-Tem and worked as an insurance company defense lawyer for many years.
Accepting only a few cases at a time, Mr. Bendell treats each client with the focus and attention needed to help them achieve their highest legal goals. He maintains close contact throughout the process via in-person, written and telephone communication, and through his firm’s cloud-based case management system. This system sends and receives documentation on the same day, avoiding potential delays with the postal mail system.
